The company is registered in the trade register under the name turva.dev. This means that the business is officially registered and its information is publicly verifiable. I want to operate in a way that makes it easy for the customer to confirm who is behind the service.
Service Description
- turva.dev offers information security and privacy consulting, as well as practical implementations remotely for private individuals and small businesses
Prices and VAT
- Services are generally sold as packages / according to an offer
- Value-added tax (VAT/ALV) is added to the prices according to the current tax rate, unless otherwise stated
Order/Contract Formation
- A contract is formed when the customer accepts the offer (e.g., by email)
- The content, scope, and schedule of the work are agreed upon in the offer before the work begins
Invoicing and Payment Term
- Payment term: 14 days net.
- The invoice is delivered electronically, unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations and Complaints
- Rescheduling/cancellation: contact info@turva.dev as soon as possible
- Complaints: report the problem to info@turva.dev and describe the situation (what was ordered, when, what is not working)
